Background -
Norton Family is a comprehensive parental control software designed to help parents monitor their children's online activities and ensure safe internet usage. As the lead UX-UI designer, I was tasked with redesigning the Norton Family website to enhance user experience, improve conversion rates, and reflect the product's features effectively.

Objective -
The primary goal was to create a user-centric website that addressed parents' concerns about their children's online safety and showcased Norton Family's features intuitively. The key objectives included:

1. Improve website navigation and usability.

2. Enhance visual appeal and brand perception.

3. Increase user engagement and conversion rates.

4. Simplify the presentation of product features and benefits.

Research and Discovery -

To begin with, I conducted a comprehensive analysis of the existing Norton Family website and studied competitor websites. 

This involved:

User Interviews:
Gathered insights from parents to understand their pain points and needs regarding parental control software.

Usability Testing: 
Identified usability issues on the current website and areas for improvement.

Competitor Analysis: 
Evaluated how other parental control software websites presented similar features and benefits.

Design Process -

1. Information Architecture (IA) 
Based on research findings, I restructured the website's IA to ensure logical flow and easy navigation. 
This involved:
Clear Hierarchy: Organized information into clear categories such as Features, Pricing, Support, and FAQs.
User Flow Mapping: Created a streamlined user flow from homepage to product selection and checkout.

2. Visual Design 
The visual redesign aimed to create a modern, trustworthy, and user-friendly interface. 
Key design elements included:
Color Palette: Chose a calming yet authoritative color scheme to inspire trust and professionalism.
Typography: Selected readable fonts that conveyed a friendly and approachable tone.
Imagery: Incorporated authentic images of families and children to evoke emotions and resonate with the target audience.

3. Feature Presentation 
To highlight Norton Family's unique selling points effectively, I designed feature sections that focused on:
Clear Messaging: Communicated the benefits of each feature concisely.
Visual Aids: Used icons, illustrations, and videos to demonstrate how the software works.

4. Mobile Responsiveness 
Ensured that the website was fully responsive across devices to accommodate the growing number of mobile users.
